Privacy policy
Djolted Lab is a small, static website run by Djolted Consulting LLC. It collects very little, and this page explains exactly what.
Who we are
This site, lab.djolted.com, is operated by Djolted Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Djolted," "we," "us"). Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to reply and, if you ask, to scope work with you.
- Newsletter signups. If you subscribe to the build log, your email address is stored by our newsletter provider so we can send it. You can unsubscribe from any issue.
- Documents for a review. If you send contracts or proposals for a review, we use them only to do that work, keep them confidential, and never use them in published content.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
What we don't do
- We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
- We don't sell or rent personal information.
- We don't build profiles of visitors.
Information kept in your own browser
The due diligence checklist saves your ticks in your browser's local storage so they're still there when you come back. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it with the checklist's "Clear all" button or your browser settings. The ROI calculator runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. If we add analytics or another service, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep information
We keep emails and engagement records as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal and tax obligations. Documents sent for a review are deleted after the engagement unless you ask us to keep them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.
Children
This site is for business audiences and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be noted in the build log.
