1. Who we are

2. Information, not advice

Everything on this site, including guides, build logs, checklists and samples, is general information for media professionals. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or other professional advice, and it doesn't account for your situation. We are not lawyers. Get advice from qualified professionals before acting on anything here, and have counsel review any contract.

3. No client relationship

Reading the site, using its tools or emailing us doesn't create a consulting or client relationship. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.

4. Tools and estimates

The ROI calculator and similar tools produce estimates from the numbers you enter and from stated planning assumptions. They are not benchmarks, forecasts or guarantees of results. Sample deliverables use fictional companies and illustrative figures; they are not client results.

5. Demos and third-party content

Demos may use public-domain material, such as NASA video, credited where it appears. Use of that material does not imply endorsement by its source. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. Referral fees

Djolted may receive referral fees from vendors or partners it introduces. When that applies to an introduction we make for you, we disclose it in writing before the introduction. Any page that recommends a specific partner carries its own disclosure.

7. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, tools and original media are owned by Djolted Consulting LLC. You may read, print and share links to pages, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish whole pages, resell the content, or present it as your own without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, access systems you aren't authorized to use, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Platform terms, vendor offerings and industry practices change; content may be out of date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Djolted and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
